About the Role:
UFC Gym in Plantation, FL is looking for an energetic and passionate Recovery Attendant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping members maximize their wellness journey by providing exceptional service in our recovery area. If you love fitness, wellness, and helping people feel their best, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist gym members with recovery equipment and services, including cryotherapy, compression therapy, and other recovery modalities
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the recovery area at all times
- Monitor member safety and ensure proper usage of all recovery equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, positive environment
- Track member sessions and maintain accurate records of equipment usage
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fitness, wellness, spa, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced gym environment
- CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
