About the Role:
UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is looking for a driven and energetic Senior Membership Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our gym — connecting with prospective and current members to help them start and sustain their fitness journey. Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing new member agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to support retention and renewals
- Conduct engaging gym tours and present membership options tailored to individual goals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in developing and executing local marketing and outreach initiatives
- Mentor and support junior membership staff on sales techniques and member engagement
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in membership sales, fitness sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Experience with CRM software or membership management systems preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team leader
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
