POSITION SUMMARY
UFC GYM is seeking an experienced, results-driven Southern California Regional Director to oversee sales, fitness, and operations across multiple managed clubs.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, membership growth, personal training performance, operational excellence, and team development. The Regional Director will work closely with executive leadership and club management teams to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and an exceptional member experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue Performance
- Drive membership sales, EFT growth, personal training revenue, and overall club profitability.
- Coach General Managers on KPIs, lead generation, appointments, guest conversions, and sales performance.
- Lead sales training, accountability meetings, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent execution of promotions, pricing strategies, and monthly revenue goals.
Fitness Leadership
- Oversee personal training sales, fitness programming, and department performance.
- Coach Fitness Managers on leadership, staff development, sales execution, and accountability.
- Ensure quality programming, consistent member experiences, and compliance with company standards.
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of fitness managers, coaches, and instructors.
Club Operations
- Oversee daily operations, facility standards, budgets, payroll, and member satisfaction.
- Ensure accountability across front desk, Kids Club, maintenance, janitorial, and club support teams.
- Monitor operational efficiency, inventory, quality control, and loss prevention.
- Support new club openings, presales, and operational readiness.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to General Managers, Fitness Managers, and Operations Managers.
- Conduct regular club visits, performance reviews, leadership calls, and training sessions.
- Develop future leaders through mentorship, succession planning, and performance management.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve club performance.
- Ensure consistent communication and execution between corporate leadership and club teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the gym or fitness club industry.
- Previous General Manager or higher-level leadership experience within a fitness club.
- Multi-club or regional management experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success driving membership sales, personal training revenue, and club profitability.
- Strong understanding of gym operations, KPIs, labor management, budgets, and P&L performance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold management teams accountable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ABC, DataTrak, dotFIT, and fitness club management systems preferred.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southern California.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for club visits, meetings, and training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 45 lbs. Work environments may include elevated noise levels.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
