About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at UFC Gym as an Assistant MMA Sales Manager in Corona, CA! This exciting role offers the chance to promote fitness and martial arts while driving sales and member engagement in a vibrant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current members.
- Conduct tours of the facility and showcase available programs.
- Support the sales team in executing promotional events and initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MMA programs and membership options.
- Collaborate with management to develop new sales techniques and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention rates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a drive for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Compensation: $3,200.00 - $10,000.00 per month
