About the Role:
Join UFC Gym as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach in Corona, CA, where you'll inspire and empower clients to achieve their fitness goals. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment dedicated to health, strength, and community.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized training programs for clients
- Provide coaching on strength training techniques and nutrition
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention
- Participate in gym events and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer or Strength Coach
- Experience in personal training or coaching preferred
- Strong knowledge of strength training principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs

Compensation: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
